Cografium uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.

1. Taraflar ve Kapsam

Bu Koşullar, Cografium mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") ve www.cografium.com.tr web sitesini kullananlar ile Uygulamayı geliştiren bireysel geliştirici ("Cografium", "biz") arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler.

2. Hizmet

Cografium; etkileşimli haritalar, konu kartları ve testlerle coğrafya öğrenmeye yardımcı olan bir eğitim uygulamasıdır. Türkiye coğrafyası (KPSS, YKS) Türkçe, Birleşik Krallık ve İrlanda coğrafyası İngilizce olarak sunulur. Uygulama iOS ve Android'de kullanılabilir.

3. Hesap

Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. İlerlemeniz ve tercihleriniz cihazınızda saklanır; uygulamayı silmeniz veya cihaz değiştirmeniz halinde bu veriler aktarılmaz.

4. Premium Abonelik

4.1 Ücretsiz ve Premium

Uygulamanın bir bölümü ücretsizdir. Premium; kilitli konulara erişim ve reklamsız kullanım sağlar. 1 aylık, 3 aylık, 6 aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik seçenekleri vardır; güncel fiyatlar uygulamada gösterilir.

4.2 Ödeme ve Yenileme

Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.

4.3 İptal ve İade

Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarından veya Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. İadeler, ilgili mağazanın kurallarına göre Apple veya Google tarafından yapılır.

5. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Reklamlarla ilgili veri işleme ve rıza seçenekleriniz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki metinler, sorular, haritalar, görseller, tasarım ve yazılım Cografium'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Size Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Şunlar yasaktır:

  • İçeriğin izinsiz kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya ticari amaçla kullanılması
  • Uygulamanın tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutulması veya değiştirilmesi
  • Otomatik araçlarla içerik çekilmesi (scraping)

Harita verilerinin bir bölümü açık lisanslı kaynaklardan uyarlanmıştır; bu kaynakların lisans koşulları saklıdır (bkz. Harita ve veri kaynakları).

7. Kullanım Kuralları

Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı, sistemin işleyişini bozacak girişimlerde bulunmamayı ve geri bildirim formlarına hakaret, kişisel veri veya yasa dışı içerik yazmamayı kabul edersiniz.

8. İçerik ve Sorumluluk Reddi

İçerikleri doğru ve güncel tutmaya çalışırız, ancak eksiksiz veya hatasız olduğunu garanti edemeyiz ve belirli bir sınav sonucu vaat etmeyiz. Cografium bağımsız bir uygulamadır; ÖSYM, MEB, AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas, SQA, CCEA, State Examinations Commission veya herhangi bir resmî kurumla bağlantılı değildir. Sınav müfredatını resmî kaynaklardan takip etmeniz önerilir. Hatalı bir bilgi görürseniz uygulamadaki bildirim düğmesiyle bize iletebilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler ve Hizmetin Sürekliliği

Uygulamanın özelliklerini ve içeriklerini güncelleyebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Fiyat değişiklikleri mevcut abonelik döneminizi etkilemez; mağazalar yenilemeden önce sizi bilgilendirir.

10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Cografium için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu madde, hukuken sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal hakları etkilemez.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu seçim, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin (ör. Birleşik Krallık veya İrlanda) tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu hükümlerinden doğan haklarınızı ve kendi ülkenizin mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

Bu Koşulları güncellediğimizde yeni tarihi bu sayfada yayımlarız. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyurabiliriz.

By downloading or using the Cografium app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern the relationship between you and the independent developer of the Cografium mobile app ("the App") and the www.cografium.com.tr website ("Cografium", "we", "us").

2. The service

Cografium is a learning app that helps you study geography with interactive maps, study cards and tests. The geography of the United Kingdom and Ireland is available in English, and the geography of Türkiye (KPSS, YKS) in Turkish. The App is available on iOS and Android.

3. No account

You do not need an account to use the App. Your progress and settings are stored on your device and are not transferred if you delete the App or change devices.

4. Premium subscription

4.1 Free and Premium

Part of the App is free. Premium unlocks locked topics and removes ads. You can choose 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions; current prices are shown in the App.

4.2 Payment and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in your App Store account settings or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. How ad data is processed and how you can change your consent are explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, questions, maps, images, design and software in the App belong to Cografium or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • copy, distribute or commercially use the content without permission;
  • reverse engineer or modify the App;
  • extract content with automated tools (scraping).

Some map data is adapted from openly licensed sources; their licence terms continue to apply (see Map and data sources).

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with how it works, and not to send abusive, unlawful or personal information through the feedback forms.

8. Content and disclaimer

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and we do not promise any exam result. Cografium is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas, SQA, CCEA, the State Examinations Commission, ÖSYM, MEB or any other official body. Please check your exam specification with your exam board. If you spot a mistake, report it with the button in the App.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, add or remove features and content. Price changes do not affect your current subscription period; the stores tell you before a renewal at a new price.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Cografium in the last 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live (for example the United Kingdom or Ireland), or your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.

12. Changes to these Terms

When we update these Terms, we publish the new date on this page. We may also announce important changes in the App.
